2006.042.022 - Copy; building in middle ground and sign "Lobster Dinners", small building in background, streets in foreground and a porch post. Yacht club was organized in this building on the town landing by David Allen, Henry Perry and Lewis King, and eventually was moved to Westport Point. David Allen owned this bldg where he had some sort of music and children used to dance there. He also served lobster dinners. It was moved from there to the spot where Gifford's store used to be at the foot of Drift Rd on the west side of Noquochoke River where it is now.
